The Journal of Contemporary Health Law & Policy encourages the submission of manuscripts on a wide range of medicolegal, contemporary health law and environmental issues. Acceptable subject areas include topics involving the relationship of the life sciences to the social sciences and humanities; biotechnology and medical science; health law and policy; bioethics; legal, ethical, economic, philosophical and social aspects of medical practice and the delivery of health care services; nursing; as well as public and environmental health.
All unsolicited manuscripts are reviewed internally and, as the case warrants, by those members of the Professional Advisory Board whose level of expertise complements the review. Student manuscripts are reviewed by the Editorial Board, with broad overview by the Faculty Advisors. Hard copies of unsolicited manuscripts cannot be returned unless postage is included.
